Our focal points are as broad as our reach: We work to eliminate homelessness; develop and manage a robust range of safe, affordable housing options; promote education and advocacy via a housing lens; activate resident leaders; fund local entrepreneurs; and counsel people on homeownership, personal finances, and career growth. The award, given through Energage, an industry leader in employee engagement and workplace culture, is considered the US’s most prestigious employer recognition program.
