Our approach to housing development
Way Finders has earned the reputation as the region’s leader in facilitating access to housing and homeownership, collaborating with other organizations to create affordable housing and revitalize communities throughout western Massachusetts. Way Finders has developed over 800 units of affordable, workforce and market-rate rental housing. We welcome public input in the communities we work in and encourage people to visit the neighborhoods where we have built and continue to manage hundreds of housing units. We work with the region’s most environmentally sensitive architects and high-quality builders to create homes where people prosper.
