First-time homebuyer workshop

Become a certified first-time homebuyer with Way Finders! Learn from local real estate professionals about the homebuying process.
The course covers finding, financing, purchasing and maintaining a home. Participants receive a certificate of completion that is necessary to access several down payment assistance programs and special mortgage products.
This is a three-part in-person workshop at our Springfield Housing Center:

Wednesday, September 7, 5:30-8:30 pm
Thursday, September 8, 5:30-8:30 pm
