First Time Homebuyer Workshop (English)

Become a certified first-time homebuyer with Way Finders! Learn from local real estate professionals about the homebuying process. 

The course covers finding, financing, purchasing, and maintaining a home. Participants receive a certificate of completion that is necessary to access several down payment assistance programs and special mortgage products, including a FREE $7,500 downpayment assistance fund for those buying a home in West Springfield. *

Cost of the workshop is $50 per household, nonrefundable. FREE for current residents of West Springfield!
