Starting July 13, our Springfield, Holyoke, and Northampton Housing Centers will have new hours.
These changes will help us make the best use of our staff so we can better serve you. Here’s what’s changing:
- In-person RAFT assistance is available Monday and Wednesday mornings.
- Increased phone support on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.
- In-person appointments are offered at staff discretion
