Emergency Financial Housing Assistance / RAFT

The RAFT program offers direct financial assistance to landlords with tenants behind on rent or utility bills, aiding households in various housing crises such as eviction, foreclosure, or utility loss. The landlord and tenant must both apply for this assistance.
