Library Commons Phase II (LC2) is the next stage of Way Finders’ transformational efforts in Holyoke, building on the community energy and revitalization started by the public library renovation and our Library Commons Phase 1 project. LC2 will consist of 41 affordable units on 5 sites, through the rehab of one vacant building (circa 1888), and the construction of three new townhome-style buildings.
In March 2022, Way Finders was selected by the Town of Amherst to develop mixed-income housing on two Town-owned sites: the former East Street School at 31 South East Street and 72, 76, and 80 Belchertown Road. As the owner and property manager of two affordable housing developments in Amherst (Butternut Farms and Olympia Oaks), Way Finders is thrilled to expand our impact and provide more housing in Amherst. Way Finders will also manage the new development once complete.

Way Finders is pleased to announce that two new Way Finders developments—Rosewood Way in Agawam and Plaza Apartments in South Hadley—have been awarded state funding and will be moving toward construction.
