Library Commons Phase II (LC2) is the next stage of Way Finders’ transformational efforts in Holyoke, building on the community energy and revitalization started by the public library renovation and our Library Commons Phase 1 project.
In March 2022, Way Finders was selected by the Town of Amherst to develop mixed-income housing on two Town-owned sites: the former East Street School at 31 South East Street and 72, 76, and 80 Belchertown Road.

Carlos Vega Townhomes is an 18-unit property, providing housing for 18 farmworker families. At the request of the USDA, Way Finders developed the property in 1987 in partnership with Valley Housing Development Corporation.
Valley Community Development is partnering with Way Finders to address structural defects, worn elements, lack of energy efficiency, and lack of accessibility. Together they will accomplish a major renovation and addition to the property.
