Amanda Bubon

Amanda believes that safe and sanitary housing is vital to the success of any individual or family. Amanda began working here in 2015 as Way Finders’ Director of Compliance, insuring that properties are in compliance with federal and state programs. In addition, she is responsible for the implementation and oversight of department rules for standardized compliance procedures, individualized staff training, quality assurance, internal controls, reporting, and audit preparation and response. Amanda also supervises the management of six properties in her portfolio.

When she is not busy with compliance-related duties, Amanda volunteers her time as an Ambassador for Way Finders, sharing her story, and the stories of Way Finders clients with others in the community. She also participates in the Public School Council in her community, and volunteers seasonally at a Haunted Hayride Event benefiting the local Youth and Family Service Organization where she lives. Aside from being a dedicated employee, and a passionate human service advocate, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, hiking, fishing and kayaking.
