Faith Williams

As Senior Vice President of Property Asset and Management, Faith Williams thrives on the fast pace and variety of tasks that come with overseeing the operations of more than 600 units within the growing number of  properties represented in Way Finders’ Real Estate Property portfolio. Her management style is shaped by the deep compassion she has for the people living in these developments. She loves meeting the residents and knowing she is helping provide safe, decent, affordable housing to these families.

Faith is a regular participant in Monte’s March to combat hunger in the region and the Hot Chocolate Run for Safe Passage, which aids domestic violence survivors. Outside of work you can always look to find her playing trivia at the WW2 club in Northampton.
