John Gilbert

John brings over 9 years of experience working within the built environment to his role as a Project Manager at Way Finders. He is a Registered Architect in both Massachusetts and Ecuador and his efforts have contributed to over $1.5B of realized value and >5M square feet of deliverable across all phases of project development. His wide-ranging work experience covers for-profit, non-profit, startups, business development, and a diverse range of national and international asset classes and markets. He is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Full-Time Member of the Amherst Zoning Board of Appeals. John is a dedicated change-agent driven by innovation, collaboration, and a desire to create meaningful impact within forward-thinking organizations and amongst the stakeholders they serve.
