Meridith Whippen

Meridith brings 20 years of legal and real estate experience to Way Finders. She’s worked with banks, lenders, and borrowers to guide them through all phases of real estate closings, and she has deep knowledge of real estate and zoning laws and regulations. A Springfield native, Meridith understands the allure – and challenges – of the City’s diverse, historic housing stock, and combines her passion for preservation with a clear-eyed financial perspective to guide Way Finders’ real estate development work.
