Welcome to the Western Massachusetts Parcel Explorer!
Wondering what parcels in Greenfield’s Highland Park neighborhood can support ADU development? Looking for infill housing opportunities in Northampton, Springfield, or Pittsfield?
This data platform allows you to assess development potential of any parcel in western Massachusetts for housing. It’s a powerful – and complex – property development identification tool. It was created by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership’s (MHP) Center for Housing Data, in partnership with Way Finders.
Using data available in the tool, the MHP team produced a research report exploring development opportunities in western Massachusetts. Review the report to see how useful, granular detail on housing development opportunities can be generated to help shape housing policy in your community.
