Greenstead Grove groundbreaking in Ludlow
On June 28, 2024, Way Finders CEO Keith Fairey was joined by Way Finders board members, staff, project funders, state politicians and other dignitaries to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Greenstead Grove affordable housing development in Ludlow, MA. Greenstead Grove will create 43 units of affordable housing and is slated to be complete in the summer of 2025.

- 7 two-story wood-framed townhomes
- 43 affordable 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments
- 16 apartments for households earning 30% or less of area median income
- 27 apartments for households earning 60% of less of area median income
- 1 community building
- Heat, cooling, electricity and hot water included in rent
- Solar panels to offset approximately 50% of electricity usage
- On-site laundry and ample off-street parking
