The course covers finding, financing, purchasing, and maintaining a home. Participants receive a certificate of completion that is necessary to access several down payment assistance programs and special mortgage products.
This is a two-part in-person via ZOOM:
Saturdays, 9am-2pm
November 8 and 15
Cost of the workshop is $75 per household, nonrefundable.
