If you live, work in or care about the North End Springfield neighborhood, come to this community workshop where Way Finders and planners from Pioneer Valley Planning Commission work with residents, community-based organizations and local businesses to understand issues, collaboratively develop or affirm solutions, and prioritize City investments for the next 10 years.
