Why is housing increasingly out of reach—in terms of availability and affordability—for many in our area?

“We have an opportunity now to create more housing options in all communities, and not let it be the burden of cities or certain towns,” said Keith Fairey. “All communities have to share the responsibility of creating the right housing options for the region… whether they be accessory dwelling units, apartment buildings, affordable homeownership. We need to create more options in order to create opportunity for greater mobility in the region.”
